1. إدارة صاحب البوت
نحفظ معرّفات السيرفرات الممنوعة من إعادة إضافة البوت، وسبب المنع ومعرّف حساب المنفّذ ووقت العملية. نحفظ أيضًا عمليات صاحب البوت وتنبيهات التشغيل لعرضها في لوحته الخاصة. تبقى هذه البيانات حتى حذفها أو رفع المنع بواسطة المشغّل؛ رفع المنع لا يحذف السجل السابق.
2. بيانات فلتر الكلمات
عند تفعيل فلتر الكلمات، يعالج البوت نص الرسائل الجديدة والتعديلات التي تصله لمقارنتها بالقائمة التي يحددها المسؤول. تُحفظ الكلمات والعبارات المختارة والاستثناءات وإعدادات الفلتر في MongoDB. تتضمن سجلات المطابقات الكلمة الموجودة أصلًا في القائمة ومعرّفات القناة والعضو والرسالة والإجراء، دون حفظ نص الرسالة الكامل. لا تُنفذ عقوبات أو حذف في الوضع التجريبي، لكن تُحفظ المطابقات في السجل.
3. المسؤول عن الخدمة
يشغّل Mohamed Shaheen بوت Trap Guard وموقعه ولوحة التحكم. تنطبق هذه السياسة على البيانات التي يعالجها هذا التطبيق؛ لديسكورد سياسة خصوصية مستقلة لخدماته.
4. بيانات تسجيل الدخول
عند الدخول عبر ديسكورد، نحصل على هوية حسابك ومعرّفه واسم عرضه وبيانات ملفه التي يعيدها ديسكورد، وقائمة السيرفرات وصلاحياتك فيها. نحتفظ برموز OAuth اللازمة لتجديد الدخول وبجلسة تسجيل الدخول. لا نحصل على كلمة مرور ديسكورد.
5. إعدادات الحماية وسجلاتها
نحفظ معرّفات السيرفر والقنوات ورسائل التحذير وإعدادات العقوبة ومدتها. يتضمن سجل الإجراءات الوقت ونوع الإجراء ومعرّفات السيرفر والعضو والرسالة أو المسؤول عند توفرها وتفاصيل التنفيذ أو الخطأ. للحظر الذي سيُلغى لاحقًا، نحفظ معرّف العضو والسيرفر وموعد الإلغاء ومعلومات تنفيذ العملية. لا يحفظ البوت محتوى الرسائل أو مرفقاتها في سجل الحماية.
6. كيف نستخدم البيانات
نستخدم هذه البيانات للتحقق من صلاحية الإدارة، عرض السيرفرات والإعدادات، تنفيذ العقوبات وإلغاء الحظر، تحديث التحذير ومراقبة تعطل الحماية. تعرض لوحة صاحب البوت إحصائيات التشغيل وأعداد الأعضاء والسيرفرات وسجل الأحداث؛ أعداد الأعضاء تشمل البوتات. لا نستخدم بيانات الرسائل لتدريب نماذج ذكاء اصطناعي.
7. الكوكيز وتفضيل اللغة
يستخدم الموقع كوكي جلسة للدخول وكوكي مؤقتًا للتحقق من طلب OAuth، ويحفظ اختيار اللغة في التخزين المحلي للمتصفح. كوكي الجلسة صالح لمدة تصل إلى 30 يومًا، وكوكي التحقق من الدخول لمدة 5 دقائق. لا يتضمن الموقع حاليًا أدوات إعلانات أو تحليلات من طرف ثالث.
8. الوصول والمشاركة
يمكن للمسؤولين المخوّلين رؤية بيانات سيرفراتهم من اللوحة، ويمكن لصاحب البوت رؤية الإحصائيات العامة والسجل التشغيلي. تُرسل التحذيرات وسجلات الإجراءات إلى قنوات ديسكورد التي يحددها مسؤول السيرفر، ولذلك تتحكم صلاحيات تلك القنوات في من يستطيع رؤيتها. تُستخدم واجهة ديسكورد لتنفيذ الخدمة، وقد يوفّر مضيف الخدمة موارد التخزين والتشغيل. لا نبيع البيانات.
9. الحفظ والأمان
تُحفظ جلسات الدخول مشفّرة في قاعدة البيانات ويجري حذف الجلسة عند تسجيل الخروج؛ تنتهي الجلسات بعد مدة تصل إلى 30 يومًا وتُزال عند تنظيف الجلسات أو تحميلها من جديد. تُحفظ إعدادات السيرفر والسجل والعمليات المجدولة والجلسات المشفرة في MongoDB. يُحفظ مفتاح تشفير الجلسات بشكل منفصل على مضيف البوت. قد تبقى نسخ احتياطية من الملفات السابقة بعد الترحيل ويجب على المشغّل إدارتها؛ تسجيل الخروج يزيل الجلسة من المخزن النشط. لا توجد حاليًا مدة حذف تلقائي لإعدادات السيرفر أو سجل الإجراءات؛ إزالة البوت وحدها لا تحذفها. تُزال العملية المجدولة عند اكتمال معالجتها. لا توجد وسيلة تخزين أو اتصال تضمن أمانًا مطلقًا.
10. اختياراتك وطلبات البيانات
يمكنك تسجيل الخروج لإزالة جلستك، ومسح بيانات الموقع لإزالة تفضيل اللغة وكوكيز المتصفح، وسحب تصريح التطبيق من إعدادات التطبيقات المصرّح بها في ديسكورد. سحب التصريح لا يحذف السجلات المحفوظة تلقائيًا. يمكنك طلب الاطلاع على البيانات المرتبطة بمعرّفك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها عبر التواصل أدناه، مع التحقق من هويتك والحقوق والالتزامات المنطبقة. حذف الرسائل في ديسكورد أو استئناف عقوبة السيرفر يُراجع مع مسؤول السيرفر.
11. تحديثات السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة إذا تغيّرت طريقة معالجة البيانات. راجع تاريخ التحديث في هذه الصفحة لمعرفة النسخة الحالية.

1. Bot owner administration
We store IDs of servers blocked from reinviting the bot, the block reason, actor account ID and operation time. Owner operations and runtime alerts are also stored for the private owner dashboard. These records remain until removed by the operator; unblocking a server does not erase earlier audit records.
2. Word filter data
When word filtering is enabled, the bot processes new message text and received edits to compare them with the administrator-configured list. Configured words, phrases, exemptions and settings are stored in MongoDB. Match logs include the word already present in that list and channel, member, message and action IDs, without storing the full message text. Trial mode does not punish or delete, but matches are recorded in the audit log.
3. Service operator
Mohamed Shaheen operates the Trap Guard bot, website and dashboard. This policy covers data processed by this application; Discord has its own privacy policy for its services.
4. Sign-in data
When you sign in through Discord, we receive your account identity, ID, display name and profile data returned by Discord, and your server list and permissions. We retain OAuth tokens needed to refresh sign-in and a sign-in session. We do not receive your Discord password.
5. Protection settings and records
We store server, channel and warning message IDs, punishment settings and durations. Action records include time, action type, server and member IDs, message or administrator IDs where available, and execution or error details. For bans scheduled to be lifted, we store member and server IDs, expiry time and processing information. The bot does not store message content or attachments in its protection log.
6. How data is used
This data is used to verify administrator access, show servers and settings, execute moderation and unbans, update warnings and monitor protection health. The bot owner dashboard shows runtime statistics, server and member counts, and event records; member counts include bots. Message data is not used to train AI models.
7. Cookies and language preference
The website uses a session cookie for sign-in and a temporary cookie to validate OAuth requests. Language preference is saved in browser local storage. The session cookie lasts up to 30 days; the sign-in validation cookie lasts 5 minutes. The website currently includes no third-party advertising or analytics tools.
8. Access and sharing
Authorized administrators can view their server data in the dashboard, and the bot owner can view overall statistics and operational records. Warnings and action logs are posted to Discord channels chosen by the server administrator, so channel permissions determine who can see them. Discord’s API is used to provide the service, and the service host may provide processing and storage. We do not sell data.
9. Retention and security
Sign-in sessions are encrypted in the database and removed when you sign out. Sessions expire after up to 30 days and are removed during session cleanup or reload. Server settings, audit records, scheduled jobs and encrypted sessions are stored in MongoDB. The session encryption key is stored separately on the bot host. Legacy file backups may remain after migration and must be managed by the operator; signing out removes the session from the active store. There is currently no automatic deletion period for server settings or audit records; removing the bot alone does not delete them. A scheduled job is removed after processing completes. No storage or communication method guarantees absolute security.
10. Your choices and data requests
You can sign out to remove your session, clear site data to remove language preference and browser cookies, and revoke the app through Discord’s Authorized Apps settings. Revocation does not automatically erase local records. You can request access, correction or deletion of data associated with your ID through the contact below, subject to identity verification and applicable rights and obligations. Discord message removal and server moderation appeals should be discussed with the server administrator.

We may update this policy when data processing changes. Check the update date on this page for the current version.
